Samsung Spinpoint M8 internal hard Drive for notebook

Samsung introduced its Spinpoint M8 internal hard drive for notebook, the one that comprise of   two 500GB platters to furnish 1TB storage space. The 2.5-inch drive possess a form factor of 9.5mm height to spaciously fit in mobile computing applications. Samsung Spinpoint F3

Samsung Electronics to bring in the high-density 3.5-inch hard drives intended for high-end computer users with Spinpoint F3. This drive work on 7200rpm with capacities up to 1TB. Capacity is achieved by using a 2 disk platter with a 500GB each. The use of 2 disk platter will impact on increased performance and lower power usage.

Spinpoint F3 working with minimal noise due to a SilentSeek and NoiseGuard Technology, and of course, is compliant with RoHS. For interface, Samsung using 3.0Gbps SATA interface with NCQ (Native Command Queuing) features and with a choice of the buffer memory 16MB or 32MB. In addition to 1TB capacity, Spinpoint F3 is also available in 500GB capacity.
